Origin: After obtaining my fitness diplomas at school, I had the ambition to take over the personal training world completely. It started with a small group of friends, which quickly grew into a large family and gym. Many people know me through martial arts, and encouraged me to go deeper into it and told me they wanted me as trainer/coach. A year after opening, we purchased the dojo that is still running wonderfully to this day. Not long after, I had ambitions to expand the team and I didn't have to look long to find 2 top trainers.
